STEAMING:  
After massaging is over, the next step is steaming. Take warm water in a bucket dip a cotton cloth in it. Remove excess water and then cover your hair with the cloth. Hot water steam would then help the oil to better penetrate into your hair and scalp. After 10 mins repeat the procedure again. Do this three times in a row. Steaming can be done once a week for best results.

SHAMPOOING:  
After steaming, wash your hair. Remember use mild shampoo with less hazardous chemical contents. Shampoo your hair until enough lather is formed and then wash it off with normal water. Remember not to use hot water as it would increase dryness level of your hair.

CONDITIONING:   
After washing your hair, apply a conditioner suitable for your hair type and leave it on for 5 mins. Then wash it off with the normal water.

MASK:  
The last step of the hair spa is applying a hair mask. Various types of hair masks can be made.

1.Take 2 bananas, 2 table spoon of honey, 2 table spoon of Yogurt and 2 table spoon of coconut oil. Mash the bananas and mix the above mentioned ingredients well to form a smooth paste. Now apply the paste to your hair by forming proper sections. Leave it on for 45 mins and then wash it off with warm water.

2.Take2 table spoon  gooseberry powder, few fenugreek seeds (soaked overnight in water) 2 table spoon shikakai powder, little aloevera pulp add 2 table spoon of sapindus powder  and one egg white.    Now form a homogeneous paste and apply it to hair and scalp. Leave for 2 hors n then wash it with lukewarm water.
Take avocado and mix it with coconut milk to form a paste. Apply it for 30 mins and wash it off.

3.Take some quantity of oatmeal and mix it with equal quantity of yogurt. This mask is really effective on dandruff. Let it remain for 1 hour and then wash it off.

4.Mix mayonnaise with avocado to form a paste and apply the paste to hair and scalp and let it rest for 25 mins and then wash it off.
