We all are quite aware about cough and the restlessness we face when we have it. It doesn’t allow us to sleep or remain wide awake. Here I am sharing with you the best natural home remedies to cure your cough.

BASIL LEAVES:  Basil Leaves are the best natural god gifted ingredient to mankind. It has hell of the medicinal properties. All you need to do is take a cup of water and add few basil leaves and bring it to boil. Now let it boil for 5 mins. Now add 2 tea spoon of sugar and stain it. Drink this twice daily. You may also use honey instead of sugar for better results.

CLOVES: Take 1 or 2 cloves and put it in your mouth. Now chew it little by little and suck its juice. Repeat 4 to 5 times. It would slowly cure your cough problem.

GINGER: Ginger can help you cure your cough very quickly. All you need to do is take 2 table spoon of ginger juice and add 1 table spoon of honey and drink it. Do not drink water on it for next 10 mins. Repeating this twice daily would help you recover your cough soon. You may also add basil leaves juice too about 1 table spoon for best results.

TEA: Drinking hot tea can give you relief on cough. Just add 1 tea spoon of ginger juice, 1clove and 1 cardamom to it.

WARM MILK: Take a glass full of milk in a container and add 2 tea spoon of turmeric powder, 1 tea spoon of dried ginger powder and a cup of water. Boil for 10 mins on medium flame. Now stain it and drink it twice every day. This is one of the best remedies available on cough.

LEMON: Take 2 table spoon of lemon juice and add 2 tea spoon of honey and drink it thrice daily. You can also make black tea and add lemon juice to it and then drink it.

GARLIC: Crush Garlic and make its paste. Take this paste of about 1 tea spoon and add 5 to 6 drops of clove oil and add 1 table spoon of honey. This would help you get relief from your cough.

ONION: All you need to do is to chop onions and inhale the vapor that causes burning sensations to your eyes. This would help you recover from cough.

CARROT JUICE: Take some carrots and extract its juice. You may also add honey or salt for better taste. Drink this juice 5 to 6 times daily and you will get better visible results.

ALMONDS: Soak Almond (5 to6) in milk overnight. Eat in the morning. This would help you to get relief from cough within few days.

GARGLES: Take 1 glass of warm water and add 2 tea spoon of salt to it. Gargle using it. Dont drink water on this for about 10 mins. Do this thrice daily for best results.
